A web page with too many items too close to each other will confuse people, will not be easy to read, and will not invite people to read. • Entertaining. This almost contradicts the previous one, but we try to keep the reader's attention by using vivid colors, and strategically placed images. What also falls under this section, is the updating of the web site. Maintaining it and giving the user something to come back for.
• Containing the right content. Give the reader information (s)he is looking for. Add FAQs, plus relevant links.

You'll see that web pages built according to these 'guidelines' will be very efficient. They'll inform the user and point him/her in the right direction; something the reader will appreciate and encourage them to come back to your site again.
