- When the design is completed, we'll send you a color printout of each page for your final approval. Upon approval we require payment of your balance due. Our minimum contract length is 12 months and begins on the day your pages are available on the Web. Your pages will be available on the web 24 hours after receiving payment. You'll be notified by email when we receive your payment.
